"Hotaru no Hikari music festival" will be held at Fukushima Tanagura-cho cultural center on Saturday, September 22, 2018.
This is an event organized by the Tanagura-machi Board of Education, because Scotland's song, "Auld Lang Syne: Hikaru no Hikari", Japanese songwriter, Chiaki Inagaki comes from Tanagura-machi.
The Japan Scotland Exchange Association is a sponsoring organization with the Scottish International Development Agency.
Member Lindsey Kawai will perform Bagpipe at the EVENT venue on the day.
